ALARM SEBAGAI MODEL MANAJEMEN KEAMANAN BALI

SUMMARY

Alarm as a model of social security management in an era of democratization produces three main components, namely social security system, culture security system, and political security system. The model is a means of assessment of social alarms as well as a means of punishment that is compatible for the construction of political governance by including social development, economic, and cultural. Forerunner of social alarm model is different set of rules and institutions that do not function as it should. The real cause is a reciprocal relationship between economic and social inequalities, and the old system proved do not work. Achievement of the goals of this study using methods grounded in qualitative analysis, which is sustained by the method of collecting data through observation, structured interviews and in-depth interviews with community respondents households, traditional communities, civil society, economic society, political parties and public bureaucracies.
