best way to do a job and that way should be discovered and put into operation”.
(2). Frank Gilberth (1868-1924) Lilian G (1878-1972) “the primary investigative tool in their research was motion
study”. (3). Henry L Gantt (1861-1919) “reward
innovation and scheduling innovation”, dan (4). Henry Fayol (1841-1925) “division of work, authority, discipline, unity
of command, unity of direction, subordination of individual interest to the
general interest, remuneration, centralization, scalar chain, order, equity, stability
of tenure of personel, initiative, and esprit de corps”, karena telah
memberi dan membangun frase ilmu
manajemen dengan sabar.
